Exactly as shown on the pictures. The provided inflator works well unless pushed down all the way. Fits well and squeeze is adjustable as required. However, I prefer a lager cross section and larger outer diameter, no zipper, but maintaining the pressure to the neck. Different sizes may be requited to allow the ring to squeeze the neck all around.
