Regarding Shipping Issues

Regarding Out-of-Stock and Unused Item Returns
If the product you received is out of stock, please contact us immediately at koushitian@gmail.com and we will promptly resend the missing item.
For returns of unused items, to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Damage Issues

Refunds
