Random Breathing Controller

Controller is good, functions mostly as expected.
A dangerous quirk: if you are in a mode like cycle mode and the valves are closed they stay shut when you exit the mode. If you are in random mode and exit the mode the valves shut just from exiting that also. The safest way to exit program is to use the remote control to override the software to remote mode, or to switch off the controller power switch, as the valves are configured normally open for no power

After extensive testing of this device before using it in a scene, I found it to be severely flawed, to the point that I cannot recommend this product to anyone. This is primarily for the safety reason of that the device allows for a programmed operation to end with the valves in a closed state, which SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. This is an extremely dangerous behavior of the device that it allows this to happen, and could result in death for someone who accidentally sets up a cycle to end with the valves closed.

In relation to the above, the device identifying the valves as "On" or "Off" can be misleading, leaving a user to wonder if "On" means 'Open', or if it means 'Actuated'. Clearer descriptors such as " Open" and "Closed" should be used.

Lastly on the topic of Safety, is that when you hold 'Esc.' to end a program and go back to the operation menu, both valves automatically close when leaving any mode except for Remote Control mode. This would cut off the air for anyone hooked to the device while someone else tries to switch modes, and while this can be avoided just by toggling the power off and on again to switch modes, it makes holding Esc. to end a mode to be impractical to impossible to use while the device is being used.

Other, more minor criticisms exist, such as Timer Mode being mostly useless when considering the subject's safety, because the programming only triggers once before ending. Cycle Mode might be better if it had an option to loop indefinitely and not just for a set number of cycles. Random Mode would be better if you could program two different intervals, one for max time the valves are closed for, and a separate max time for how long until they close next. Remote Mode can't close both valves with a single button press and needs two to do it. Remote mode also has an odd flaw, where the first button press leaves the opposite valve closed. E.G. from a fresh power on, i press A on the remote to close valve A. This causes Valve A to stay open, and Valve B to close. So, if i press A again, this results in two closed valves instead. The device has expected remote operation after clearing this initial state entry condition. Lastly, the cooling fan in the unit only turns on if Valve A is closed, but not if Valve B is closed while Valve A is Open.

Despite operational criticisms, physical device construction is overall very good. Solid case, good power switch. I an very glad to see that the valves fail open in the event of power loss. Device internals are cleanly laid out. I would have preferred USB-C device charging vs a barrel jack however. I also would have preferred if the remote was more of a keyfob style one.

Overall, a device with a lot of promise, but the safety issues are too outstanding for me to recommend to anyone. Given 2 out of 5 stars, because I feel that this device could be great if those main three safety issues are addressed in another software revision.

Software hat noch so einige Fehler. ESC Taste braucht viel zu lange für einen Abbruch hinzu kommt das danach das Ventil geschlossen bleibt auf Endlos Zeit.
Nur durch das Ausschalten am Hauptschalter ist ein Sofort Abbruch möglich.
Das erste Programm ist sinnlos macht das selbe wie der Cycle Mode. Dafür fehlt ein Steigerungs Programm. Nach X runden plus Zeit dazu oder Reduzierung der Öffnung Zeit bis Minimum laut Einstellung erreicht ist. Zudem gibt es 1 Sekunde Abweichungen zu dem eingestellten Wert.

Beispiel alle 5 runden + 2 Sekunden Zu bzw Reduktion der ON Zeit um - 1 Sekunde.

Zur Fernbedienung es ist nicht möglich beide Ventile gleich Zeitig zu schließen oder zu öffnen. Es ist nur hinter einander möglich.

I loved the robust packaging and delivery to EU using YunExpress, which made importing stuff way easier than using regular postal services.

Device itself works well, however there are some settings that may get stuck in locked state.

For solo play just use random mode with relatively reasonable time (20-30s) and you should be fine.
