I was excited to get the mouth gag for a better seal in my bed, when I opened the packaging and inflated the mouth gag, it immediately started deflating and I could hear a "hissing" sound where the air was coming out. You can see in the photo where it isn't securely bonded to the gag. I followed the process and immedoiately reached out to customer service, and followed up, but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard any response. I'll be more than happy to adjust this rating, everything I've purchased in the past from here has been great. But so far I am left feeling like I wasted money on something and noone cares to fix it.
EDIT: Customer Service reached out and explained they have been on leave and would be sending me a new one. I have revised from a 1 star to a 3 star. Once I recieve the item, I'll adjust the review again.
Happy with it, we'll go well with one of my rubber hood.
A well made and robust gag, when used with a ring gag outside to stop this popping out of your mouth makes for the perfect seal and quiet time for even the nosiest of little subs.
The gag is truly fantastic.
